One of my favorite drawings of all.  I was showing my mom how Flamingo worked and was doing a series of linear rotation that used 270 lines.  The drawings were ok but after showing her a few different ones I accidentally changed the number of rotations to 170 and this popped up.  My mom said, "I like that one."

What is amazing about this picture is how much they resemble birds in flight.  If this isn't an abstraction of a bird and it's feathers in flight, I don't know what is.  This drawing is closely related to this drawing, believe it or not.  If you don't see the resemblance, that is what I like about Flamingo, you can take a drawing and play around with one small thing and the whole thing changes.
