If you don't sit around a fire in a Papuan village...you haven't seen the country.  Many of the best times in the country were spent in such settings.  Every evening, people gather around a fire and spend a good part of the day.  It seemed that everyone was pretty much free to go to anyone's house and hang out.  Falling asleep in such a setting seemed to result in just letting that person be and if they slept there for the night, it wasn't a problem.

So yeah, I spent some time with Bruce and his wontoks.  Bruce is on the far left and Enson is on the right wearing the blue shirt.
