Up The Seaforth Valley
Up The Seaforth Valley
It had been raining most of the day but an hour before the hut, it stopped.  Periodically the Seaforth Valley to the north of the hut would have sun shining down upon it for a few minutes but the sun never quite made it to the hut.  The clouds would form and disappear in the valley.  A cloud would form over the island in the river for a few minutes then disappear.  Later on a cloud would appear in a different place only to go away after a few minutes.

The track goes left from this picture and follows the valley wall on the left side of the picture and follows that side of the river upstream for the day.
