Looking across Lake Thomson you see
this steep
imposing wall. That waterfall seems to appear from nowhere
but no
mountains are visible behind it. Turns out that there is
another
valley up there that isn't visible from here. In the bottom
of
that valley is Lake Wade, about half the size of Lake
Thomson,
that is feeding the waterfall. It was misting at this time
but
later the on the far side of the valley the mists cleared but remained
on the near side of the lake. Later, it was all sun.
Either
way, it's good.
