I started out hiking up the floodplain of the river across the irregular rocks (sort of visible in the foreground but hopelessly overexposed).  On the map I saw something labeled Pyramid Mountain.  After taking one look at this mountain you can say, "Yep, I'm certain that's Pyramid Mountain."
