Some of the beaches are quite wide, other are
narrow but it's the tide that really determines the beach size.
I'm not certain if the tides there are unusually large but the beaches
tend to be very gradual so when the tides are low, the waterline can be
quite far out. A lot of the beaches are littered with driftwood
at the high tide line. You'll never run short of wood for a fire
there. If you look down the beach, you'll see Tom and Anne.
