This is a photo that isn't of anything spectacular, rather something that is rather mundane for Stewart Island.  It's a section of muddy track surrounded by a riot of green.  This might be considered a really out-of-this-world section on a lot of tracks but here, it's just the way it is.  The mud wasn't particularily deep but if you look on the bottom of the picture, you would go deeper than your boots for sure.  Again, on Stewart, that's just the way it is.
