The track is often right on the banks of the Seaforth River with great views across the valley.  The river was very much in flood as evidenced by the width of the river and height of the waters.  The entire valley, on both sides, is surrounded by tall mountains and cliffs.  This day was really nice as valley heights were often clad in the mists.
