Some people, after hearing about the mud and rain on the track, wonder how anyone can possibly enjoy doing it.  I show them this picture and if they don't get it then, they never will.

This is one of the gardens that makes the area so special.  The mountains are inspiring but I can see them elsewhere, this is something that is much harder to find elsewhere.  Green as thick as can be, as far as you can see, in all directions.  This is the Dusky at its finest.
